How to delete your DeepLock account or data

Current status

In the current website implementation, DeepLock does not provide a self-serve web account dashboard. The currently visible website flow mainly stores waitlist submissions, which include your email address, signup source, and created-at timestamp.

How to request deletion

To request deletion of your account or personal data, send an email to sangameshlingshetty@gmail.com with the subject line Delete My DeepLock Account.

Please include

• Your email address associated with DeepLock.
• A short note saying whether you want to delete only waitlist data or all account-related data associated with that email.
• If applicable, any extra detail that helps us identify your record, such as the platform you used.

What we will delete

Once we verify the request, we will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your request, unless we are required to retain some information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or compliance reasons.

What may be retained

• Records required by law.
• Security, fraud, or abuse-prevention logs where necessary.
• Limited backup or operational records that may be removed on a delayed cycle.

Processing time

We aim to review and process deletion requests within a reasonable time. In most cases, requests should be completed within 30 days, subject to verification and applicable law.
